The Host Haven team would like to thank you for choosing our home in Marrakech! To ensure your stay runs smoothly, ask everyone in your group to read and follow these house rules to avoid problems with Airbnb or the local police.

HOUSE RULES:

House Rules for a Comfortable and Legal Stay
1. Compliance with Moroccan Law

In accordance with Moroccan regulations, all guests must present a valid passport upon arrival, complete the required registration forms for local authorities, and sign the house rules. Failure to comply may result in the entire group being denied access to the property.

2. Exclusivity of the booking group

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted to stay or visit overnight. In the event of the presence of other guests in the property, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the reservation and request that all occupants vacate the premises without refund.
3. Compliance with Moroccan Laws

In accordance with Moroccan law, only married Moroccan couples are permitted to stay at the property. This requirement does not apply to foreign nationals.

4. Strict Prohibition of Prostitution

Prostitution is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate police involvement and potential legal consequences, including criminal charges.

5. Utilities and Energy Conservation

To support environmental sustainability, guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity. Ensure lights, air conditioning, and appliances are turned off when not in use.

6. No Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited; we reserve the right to impose a fine, the amount of which will depend on the nature and severity of the offense.

7. Illegal Substances

The possession or use of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. If drugs are found on the premises, we will immediately report it to the police and cooperate fully with the authorities.

8. Noise and Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment, loud noises, disturbances, and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

9. No Pets

To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

10. No Commercial Use

Commercial photography, video production, or any form of publicity is not permitted on the property.

11. Key or Access Management

Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee. Guests must ensure the property is securely locked upon departure.

12. Consequences of Rule Violations

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. If guests do not vacate the premises within 4 hours of a cancellation, we reserve the right to seek legal eviction with the assistance of local authorities.

In the event of a serious accident or death on the property, the Company and the Owner cannot be held liable. Guests waive their right to file complaints or seek compensation from the Company and the Owner.

Additional House Rules:

• Check-in: Key collection and arrival are between 3 pm and 8 pm. Please adhere to this schedule.

• Check-out: Check-out is at 11 am.

• Check-in/Check-out Times: Please let us know your arrival and departure times as soon as your reservation is confirmed so we can arrange your arrival and departure smoothly.

• Property Condition: Please keep the property in good condition during your stay. If you require cleaning services, we can provide them for an additional fee.

• Damage Reporting: If any damage occurs, or if you experience any plumbing or electrical issues, notify us immediately. Depending on the damage, we may request a refund.

• Security: Please ensure all windows and doors are locked, and turn off all electronics and lights when leaving the property.
